微波消解仪在海洋沉积物重金属环境有效态及全量分析形态分析中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 通过研究微波消解酸量及酸系、消解温度、消解时间、是否赶酸、是否加入HF等条件,得出了在加入12.5 mL的4+1的NO3+-HCl时,微波消解温度175℃、消解时间20 min的情况下,近海海洋沉积物成份分析标准物质(GBW 07314)样品消解液不经赶酸(或经120℃赶酸后)直接以原子吸收分光光度计测定,其中Cu,Pb,Cd,Cr的溶出值在环境有效态标准范围内;Zn介于环境有效态与全量分析形态标准之间。基于上述条件,再加入2.5 mL的HF后样品消解液经赶酸后测定,其中Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Cr的溶出值均在全量分析形态标准范围内。 On the basis of the standard materials in the marine sediment of offing ( GBW 07314 ), the digested effect of adding HNO3, HCl, microwave preparation temperature and time, and the acids in the digested liquor were studied in order to achieve the best microwave preparation conditions. It was heated at 175 ℃ and the resident time was 20 mins, and 12.5 mL ( 4 + 1 ) HNO3 + HCl were joined in when the sampling content was 0.500 g, and the acids in the digested liquor were drived off at 120 ℃ or not, and the sampling capacities was 25.0 mL. The research results show that the digested effect is well by this method, and the measured effective values of Cu, Pb, Cd and Cr falled in the analytical ranges of reference value, and the value of Zn failed between the two analytical ranges of reference value. Based on the upwards conditions, when 2.5 mL HF was joined in, and the acids in the liquor were drived off, the measured total values of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd and Cr falled in the analytical ranges of reference value.
