摘要
为了构建市场经济条件下江苏省竞技体育后备人才培育体系,运用访问调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,分析江苏省竞技体育后备人才培育现状及其存在的主要问题,提出了培育竞技体育后备人才的改革路径:加强后备人才队伍建设,优化项目布局;建立新型的"体教结合"的培育体系;吸纳社会资金培育后备人才;建立市场化后备人才交流制度;提高教练员综合素质,提高后备人才培育的科学化水平。
In order to establish a market - oriented system of training sports - talents in Jiangsu province, through interviews, investigations and statistics, the paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of sports reserves. Among the suggestions are： bettering the ranks of reserves, optimizing the arrangement of events, establishing a new training system of ＂sports combined with education＂ , receiving social funds, establish a market system of reserve exchange, enhancing the quality of coaches, and upgrading the scientific level of reserve training.
