摘要
近年来,随着经济全球化的发展,以生产工序国际转移和生产制造外包为主要特征的全球生产分工体系逐渐发展起来,中国制造业企业参与国际生产,融入全球生产分工体系就成为一个不可回避的现实问题。文章重点探讨了外包推动下的自主成长模式,以此为基础提出了参与国际生产的外包承接策略。承接跨国公司及其在华投资企业的生产外包业务完全可以作为现阶段中国部分制造业企业参与国际生产的主要途径,从而有可能借助外包承接活动的推动实现制造业产业的成长和升级。
In recent years, with the development of economic globalization, the system of global production division has been developing gradually,which is mainly characterized by international division of production process as well as production and manufacturing outsourcing. It is an inevitably practical issue that China＇s manufacturing enterprises will participate in the international production and labor division and merge into the global system of production division. This paper mainly discusses the self-growth model promoted by outsourcing and the outsourcing-undertaking strategy to participate in the international production, which centers on the self-growth model. It holds that undertaking the production outsourcing transactions of transnational companies and their invested enterprises in China could serve as a main way to participate in the international production by some Chinese manufacturing enterprises at the present stage, which makes it possible to achieve the growth and upgrading of manufacturing industry with the promotion of undertaking outsourcing activities.
