摘要
介绍了用成形铣刀加工对数螺线型面轴的原理和装置。在分析型面轴廓形曲线性质的基础上,探讨了该成形铣刀的设计方法和成形铣削的工艺特点。进行了铣削试验,取得了满意的加工效果。
The principle and device of machining logarithmic spiral profile shaft with form milling cutter are introduced. Based on the analysis of properties of profile shaft contour curve, the process features of form milling and design method of form milling cutter are studied. Satisfied processed results are obtained through the milling test.
