摘要 以PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)改性丙烯酸乳液,合成了一种新的阴极电泳涂料。研究了搅拌速度和引发剂的滴加速度对乳液聚合反应的影响。分别讨论了反应温度、引发剂用量对乳液性能以及固化温度和熟化时间对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,乳液合成时,搅拌速度与引发剂的滴加速度分别以120~240r/min和1~1.5d/s为佳;反应温度为75~85°C,引发剂用量占单体用量的6%~8%时,乳液性能较佳。当固化温度为150°C和160°C时,所合成的改性丙烯酸型阴极电泳涂料涂膜外观平整,附着力0级,冲击强度50kg·cm,柔韧性1mm,光泽(60°)70°,耐盐雾时间超过1000h。 A kind of new cathodic electrophoretic coating was synthesized with acrylic emulsion modified by PVB (polyvinyl butyral). The influences of stirring speed and dropping speed of initiator on emulsion polymerization reaction were studied. The effects of reaction temperature and dosage of initiator on emulsion performance, and curing temperature and curing time on coating's performance were discussed respectively. Results show that the emulsion has good performance when stirring speed is in the range of 120-240 r/min and initiator dropping speed is in the range of 1-1.5 d/s, reaction temperature is 75-85 ℃ and the dosage ratio of initiator to monomer is 6%-8%. The modified acrylic-type cathodic electrophoretic coating has a smooth appearmace, and has adhesion grade 0, impact strength 50 kg.cm, flexility 1 mm, gloss (60°) 70°, salt spray resistance more than 1 000 h when curing temperature is at 150 ℃ or 160 ℃.
