摘要
从桥接故障的两个特点出发，提出了一种快速盲测法，该法弥补了伪穷举法的不足。它既适用于组合逻辑电路、又适用于时序逻辑电路的短路故障测试。在６Ｋ型电力机车微机控制箱的测试与故障诊断过程中的成功应用，证实了该方法的有效性。
A new method according to two charateristics of bridging fault in presented.This method makes up for Pseudo exhaustive method and it is suitable for both combination logic circuit and sequential logic circuit.The example in the test and fault diagnosis of 6k electric locomotive proves that the method achieves good results.
