在分析技术预见对区域高新技术主导产业重要作用的基础上,强调了在区域高新技术主导产业中,技术预见应在科技政策制定、主导产业选择以及其发展中的具体应用,旨在推动区域高新技术主导产业向区域高新技术产业集群发展。
Based on the analysis of the important role of technology foresight in regional leading high-tech industries, the paper emphasizes the application of technology foresight in making science and technology policy and choosing leading industries and developing itself in regional leading high-tech industries, and aims at promoting evolution of regional leading high-tech industries to regional high-tech industry dusters.
