摘要
节能减排是当前全国经济工作的一项关键任务,电力行业处于突出位置。通过查找数字资料和大量的文献并进行比较分析后,得知我国节能减排工作虽已取得一定成就,但仍存在诸如电力行业结构不合理、供需不平衡、机制不完善等一些亟待解决的问题。在分析问题的基础上,提出了调整电源结构、加强需求侧管理、改进发电调度方式等对策。
At present national Energy-Saving and Discharge-Reducing are key economic tasks and the power industry is in a prominent position. 2007 is the key year to implement the policy. Though have already obtained some achievements,problems remain,for example remain,the structure of the electric power industry is unreasonable; supply and demand is not balanced,the mechanism is not imperfect and so on. On the foundation of analysing problems,this article proposes some countermeasures. For instance,adjusting power source structure, strengthening the demand side management, and improving electricity generation dispatch way and so on.
