It looks back the history trace of the form and development of Wuhan Li-fen residence, analyses the main reasons of the existing situation is worried in the new time, points out the necessity and urgency to the innovation protection at present, and puts forward the advices to the protecting, innovating and reuse styles of Li-fen residence in the new time.
