摘要
介绍了混凝土构件无损检测中超声成像的优点以及超声成像技术的基本原理。本次工程中采用新型的一发多收超声波测试系统进行数据采集,利用两种反演算法对某大桥混凝土构件进行检测,确定了缺陷的范围,取芯验正结果显示该方法对缺陷位置定位准确、施工方法简便、易于操作,是一种十分有效的混凝土构件无损检测方法。
This paper introduces theadvantage of ultrasound imaging and the basic Principles Of ultrasound imaging technology that used in concrete component nondestructive testing. The project used a new type of testing system for data acquisition and used two anti-algorithm for testing of Concrete components of one bridge. It determined the extent of the deficiencies. The result of excavation showed that the technology is simple, easy to operate and highly effective.
