摘要
锚索应用于煤巷时,当锚孔与顶板斜交,顶板倾斜,或孔口围岩破坏,锚索将在孔口处受到剪切应力,减弱锚索的支护能力,许多锚索在孔口发生破断,因此,设计出球面锚索锚具,可以自动调节锚索中心线和锚孔中心线之间的角度,改变孔口的受力特征,减小剪切应力,提高锚索的性能。
Anchor cable is applied to coal roadway, when the bolt hole bias with roof, the roof tilt, or surrounding rock of orifice damaged, anchor cable will suffer from shearing stress in the orifice, which will weaken supporting capacity of anchor cable, a lot of anchor cables break in orifice. Therefore, design the spherical anchor cable anchorage, it can automatically adjust angle between bolt hole centedine and the anchor centerline, the design method changes the stressing characteristics of orifice, reduce the shearing stress, improve anchor cable performance.
