摘要
振动筛是选煤的一个重要设备。通过建立振动筛与单个筛杆之间关系的力学模型,研究了振动筛与单个筛杆之间周期碰撞运动的稳定性,揭示了单个筛杆随着振动强度K的变化其运动出现周期运动、分叉运动和混沌运动,筛杆周期碰撞运动的稳定性研究可以为振动筛的动力学优化设计提供理论依据。
The vibration screen is an important equipment for coal dressing. Stability of periodic impact motion between the vibration screen and single screen perch is investigated by establishing the mechanical model of relation between the vibration screen and single screen perch, It is demonstrated that motion of the single screen perch takes on periodic motion, bifurcation motion and chaos motion with the change of the vibration strength K. The system parameters of the vibration screen may be optimized by studying the stability of periodic impact motion of single screen perch.
