摘要 随着国际互联网的广泛应用,电子商务已经逐渐成为我国企业进行商务活动的重要模式。在供应链思想的指导下,电子网络手段下应运而生的电子物流的内涵也得以拓展,使之从单纯物流角度扩展为全面的商务流程外包,从而成为一个广义的电子物流概念,这一结论可以在供应链管理及电子商务的应用领域为我国企业拓展市场,提高核心竞争力,提供一定的参考依据。 With the wild application of Internet, E-commerce has gradually become an important mode of conducting commercial activity for Chinese enterprises. By Combining and adopting two theories of E-commerce and supply chain management, the definition of E-logistics can be greatly widened and expended from sheer logistics to full-scale commercial outsourcing. The result of this research could be used as reference for marketing expansion and competitive advantages development for Chinese enterprises.
