摘要
目的:研究Infiniti Vision System超声乳化仪系统的扭动超声乳化手柄(Ozil)和常规超声乳化手柄(u/s)在白内障手术中对透明角膜切口温度的影响。方法:将40只新鲜的体外猪眼随机分成4组,每组10只,用InfinitiVision System超声乳化仪系统的两种手柄(u/s和Ozil手柄)进行超声乳化手术,分别在堵塞状态和非堵塞状态下,用K型热电偶温度计测定连续状态下脚踏进入3档位,累计时间达0、30、60、90 s时的角膜切口温度。结果:在非堵塞状态和堵塞状态下,当脚踏进入3档位累计时间达30、60、90s时,用Ozil手柄进行手术的角膜切口的平均温度均显著低于常规手柄的温度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Infiniti Vision System超声乳化仪系统的扭动超声手柄较常规超声手柄对角膜切口的灼伤更小,更加安全。
Objective: To make a comparative study of the incision temperature in phacoemulsification surgery with the conventional handpiece (u/s) and torsional handpiece (Ozil). Methods: Forty porcine eyes were randomly divided into four groups of equal number, each undergoing phacoemulsification with two different handpieces of the Alcon Infiniti System in occluded and un-occluded states. The wound temperatures at u/s 0 s,30 s,60 s and 90 s were measured and recorded respectively in occluded and unoccluded states with a type k thermocouple digital thermometer. Results: With phaco tips both occluded and un-occluded,the wound temperature measured at u/s 30 s,60 s and 90 s during the surgery with torsional handpiece was significantly lower than that with the conventional handpiece, and the inter-group difference was statistically significant in the two states. Conclusion: Phacoemulsification with the torsional handpiece of the Alcon Infiniti Vision System produces less heat and is thus safer than that with the conventional handpiece in surgical incision.
