摘要 外侧天幕窦(LTS)是小脑幕区脑静脉的重要引流途径。随着显微神经外科学及颅底外科学的发展,它已成为影响岩斜区及天幕区脑肿瘤、重型特重型颅脑外伤等疾病天幕切开术的重要因素。近年来,关于LTS国外已有部分MRV报道,国内也有一些显微解剖及临床研究。本文利用磁共振静脉血管成像(MRV)方法对吣的解剖形态及引流进行观察,以提高对其影像表现的认识。
