摘要
概括分析了自９０年代初以来精细功能陶瓷的发展趋势，提出了一些相关的研究领域。
Electret is an important cross scientific subject of dielectric physics, material science,sensor engineering as well as medical and bio engineerings. In recent years, a significantdevelopment has been made in several research aspects for electrets: bioelectret, electret application and nonlinear optical effect of polgmeric electret. In this paper, the material preparation, experimental methods and electret applications, etc. in the research aspects as mentioned above are reviewed.
