摘要
东北老工业基地装备制造业在全国地位下降,发展速度相对变慢。根据我国经济发展总体战略部署,东北老工业基地装备制造业绝不能走常规发展道路,必须走创新发展道路。要从发展生产性服务业入手,大力提升东北老工业基地装备制造业核心竞争力,利用信息化改造装备制造业,发展装备再制造工程,以实现东北老工业基地装备制造业的跨越式可持续发展。
Equipment manufacture in Old Industrial Base of Northeast develops relatively slowly and decreases in position. According to the total strategy of our economic development, equipment manufacture in Old Industrial Base of Northeast must create new developing approach starting from productive service. Through increasing its core competitiveness, transforming outmoded manufacture by using information, developing equipment remanufacture engineering, equipment manufacture in Old Industrial Base of Northeast will realize great-leap-forward and sustainable development.
