摘要
分析了锁相频率源锁相环路各环节对输出噪声的影响，并在此基础上研制成一个具有较低相位噪声的分频锁相源，对测试结果进行了详细的分析和对比。
This paper discuss the influence of locked phase loop on the outputphase noise and develops a diveded frequence locked phase source with low phase noise,discuss the results of measurements.
