急性脑梗死4~6h内静脉重组组织型纤溶酶原激活物溶栓治疗25例临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 脑梗死是高发病率、高致残率和高死亡率的疾病。我们对自2004年10月至2007年6月间在我院神经内科急性脑梗死4-6h内患者采用静脉重组组织型纤溶酶原激活物(rtPA)溶栓治疗,疗效显著,现报告如下。
