摘要
目的探讨高龄患者髋部骨折的围术期护理要点。方法回顾性总结2005年1月至2007年7月68例85岁以上髋部骨折手术患者的护理措施。结果手术一般在伤后3～5天进行,平均住院21天,出院定期随访,患者骨折愈合良好。结论高龄老人髋部骨折术前应加强心理护理、术前评估、并存疾病的处理和关节锻炼等;术后应加强病情观察、术后制动和固定,并发症的预防以及康复指导等。
Objective TObjective To evaluate nursing point of eldly patients suffering from hip fracture during periopertive period.Methods Retrospective material of nursing methods of 68 old patients over 85 years old with hip fracture were analyzed,the patients came from in-patient-department from Janurany 2005 to July 2007.Results The operation were done after the hurt of 3-5 days,the average admition time was 21 days.The following-up shows the patients were cured.Conclusion The eldly patients suffering from hip fracture should be given psychological nursing,assessment and joint exercise before operation;more observation,no motion,prevention complication and guide for rehabilitation after operation.
