摘要
介绍了实现远距离空间轴定比传动即珠绳链传动的基本工作原理,并且对机构的设计,包括两主从动轴与导轮轴的位置关系、主从动轮中心面与导轮外圆柱面的位置关系进行了分析,同时对珠条长度的精确计算做了深入的研究,最后成功的得出了珠绳链传动是一种新型传动形式的结论。
Firstly,basic operating principle of Pearl Rope Chain Actuating Machanism to actualize constant proportion driving between capstan shaft and driven shaft that are distance and interspace in illuminated.Moreover,mechanism design including location relation between drive and driven shaft and guide wheel shaft,and between drive and driven wheel central plane and guide wheel external cylinder plane are analyzed.At the same time,refined calculation of pearl strip length was studied profoundly.Finally,a conclusion is successly reached that pearl rope chain actuating machanism is a sort of late-model driving form.
