摘要
水污染,水资源保护,农业节水,已经越来越引起各级政府的重视。文中介绍了农业节水灌溉的重要性,列出了节水的主要工程措施,建议通过搞活农田水利机制,建立农民用水者协会来促进农业节水灌溉事业。
Water pollution, water resources protection and agriculture water-saving are being brought to the attention of goverment of variable levels increasingly. This article introduces the importance of agriculture watersaving irrigation, represents the main engineering measures of water-saving and suggests to promote agriculture water-saving irrigation work by means of invigorating farmland water conservancy mechanism and establishing Farmer Water Users Association.
