摘要
从人的角度出发分析了工程项目进度控制,探讨了不同的人对进度控制的影响,并对人进行了分析,提出了具体的措施,最后结合实例进行了说明,以从人的角度搞好工程项目的进度控制。
The article analyzes the engineering project＇s progress control from the angle of people, discusses the influence of different people on progress control, analyzes people, proposes concrete measures, and illustrates them combined with practical examples, in order to do well progress control of engineering program from the angle of people.
