摘要
采用轻质页岩陶粒、漂珠为骨料,以氧化镁和磷酸二氢钾反应所得的镁质磷酸盐水泥胶凝材料(MKP)为结合剂研制快硬轻质耐火混凝土。研究了硅灰用量、氧化镁与磷酸二氢钾的摩尔比值、胶凝体系及硼砂用量等因素对轻质耐火混凝土的影响。结果发现:硅灰用量是影响耐火混凝土性能的最关键因素,其最佳掺量为6%,氧化镁与磷酸二氢钾的摩尔比值为1/1,胶凝体系为30%时,轻质耐火混凝土有良好的性能。研究的耐火混凝土耐压强度高,凝结硬化时间较短,体积稳定性好,适合用做窑炉的紧急抢修材料。
The fast-hardening lightweight refractory concrete was prepared with lightweight ceramic aggregate,cenosphere and magnesia (MgO), monopotassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4), etc. as raw material.The effect of variables such as silica fume content,the magnesia powder to potassium dihydrogen phosphate ratio, binder content and borax addition, etc., on the performances of refractory concrete was studied. The results show that silica fume is the key factor influencing the property of lightweight refxactory concrete.The optimal mix proportion in terms of strength and permanent linear change of the concrete is as follows:silica fume:6%( by weight);the magnesia powder to potassium dihydrogen phosphate ratio: 1/1 ;binder content:30%.Refractory cast material we studied here due to its processing advantages, such as faster setting, high strength and good bulk stability, is suitable for the repairing of kiln emergency engineering.
