摘要
IT组织的建设对于企业信息化成功与否起着至关重要的作用,同样,信息化的建设也促使IT组织建设走向成熟。从组织结构的信息观角度来看,企业对于IT部门的管理机制可以分为横向机制和纵向机制,只有处理好了IT部门管理的横向机制和纵向机制所包含的问题,才能为企业信息化成功打下基础。
The construction of IT organization play a critical role to enterprise＇s IT application , likewise, enterprise＇s IT application will impels IT organizational construction to more maturity. From the viewpoint of information view of organization structure, the mechanisms of management of IT department can be divided into a horizontal mechanism and a vertical mechanism. Enterprises only have handled the problem that the horizontal mechanism and Vertical mechanism of IT department＇s management involved well, the information systems could be successfully applied.
