摘要
从"投融资"、勘察设计、建设实施、"回购期"四个阶段对BT建设方如何做好工程造价的管理工作进行了详细的阐述,指出在BT建设模式下加强对影响造价的各个阶段实施全过程造价管理,有利于项目公司资金的合理使用,实现投资的良性循环。
From four aspects： investment and financing, investigation design, implementation and buy-back period the management work of engineering cost by BT construction unit is elaborated in detail, Author points out the whole procedure cost oantrol should be strengthened under BT construction mode to realize proper use of funds and round investment circle.
