摘要
目的观察疏血通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将128例患者随机分为治疗组64例和对照组64例；两组基础治疗相同，治疗组加用疏血通注射液静脉点滴，4周后比较疗效。结果治疗组显效36例，有效20例，总有效率87．5％。对照组显效16例，有效24例，总有效率62．5％；两组有效率比较，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论疏血通注射液治疗糖尿病和周围神经病变疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effects of diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated by Shuxuetong injection. Methods 128 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 64 cases in the treatment group and the other 64 cases in the control group .The basic treatments of the two groups were same. The treatment group was treated with Shuxuetong intravenous injection in addition to basic treatment. Compare the curative effects after four weeks. Results In the treatment group, 36 cases were obviously improved, and 20 cases were basically improved, with the total efficiency being 87.5%.While in the control group, 16 cases were obviously improved, and 24 cases were basically improved, with the total efficiency being 62.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection had notable effect in treating diabetes and peripheral neuropathy.
