摘要
分析临证应用活血化瘀法治疗妇科癥瘕时，与补虚、行气、化痰、祛湿、利水、通腑、通络、散寒、清热等治法的关系，强调审因论治，病证结合。
This study was mainly deal with the application of the therapeutic method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in treating gynecologic mass in the abdomen. At the same time, it also analyzed the relationship between this method and others such as tonifying deficiency, promoting the circulation of qi, eliminating sputum, removing dampness, inducing diuresis, removing obstruction in the bowels organs, removing obstruction in the channels, expelling pathogentic cold, and clearing away pathogentic heat. It emphasized treating based on pathogenic factors and comprehensive analysis of disease and syndromes.
