决明子富铬培育的实验研究

Empirical study on Cultivating Cassia Seed with High Content of Chromium

摘要 目的探讨决明子生芽及三氯化铬浓度和培育时间对决明予富铬的影响。方法用不同浓度的三氯化铬水溶液,37℃浸泡决明子过夜,收获浸泡后的决明子,作为0h时间点的样品,然后分别收获24、48、72、96h的决明子芽,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铬含量。结果决明子富铬的最短培育时间是72h,适宜的三氯化铬浓度为600mg/L。结论三氯化铬浓度、培育时间对决明子富铬有影响。 Objective To explore the budding of Cassia Seed and the effect of chromium tricholoride concentration and cultivating time on the content of chromium in Cassia Seed. Methods Cassia Seed was soaked in chromium trichloride aqueous solution of different concentration (from 0 to 3600 mg/L) at 37℃ for 12 hours. The soaked Cassia Seed was used as 0 h's sample, and the Cassia Seeds soaked for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 96 h were harvested respectively. Cr content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The shortest time for getting Cassia Seed with high content of Cr was 72h h and the eligible content of chromium trichloride was 600 mg/L. Conclusions The effect of accumulation chromium in Cassia seed sprout was influenced with the content of chromium trichloride and the culturing time
