摘要
鼓励高校教师在职攻读硕士学位是提高高校教师教学科研水平的重要途径。本文围绕高校教师硕士学位培养质量进行论述,认真总结了近年来其取得的成就及存在的主要问题,就构建其保障体系做了理论上的探讨,提出了一些对策和建议。
Encouraging college teachers for their further study for master degree is an important approach to raise their level in teaching and research, Achievements and problems in bringing-up of masters from college teachers in recent years are summarized and how to build a system to improve their quality is explored in theory, meanwhile the feasible countermeasures are proposed.
