摘要
随着计算机科学与技术的迅速发展,电子商务应运而生,越来越多的国家把电子商务作为国际贸易领域的新手段不断扩大其应用范围,本文介绍了电子商务的概念及其应用现状,进一步描述了其存在的问题,并由此引出我国政府在电子商务时代下政府的宏观经济政策。
With the rapid development of computer sicience, Electronic Commerce arising at the historic moment, more and more countries look the Electronic Commerce as a new international trade instrument and expand the applying range, the paper introduces the concept of Electronic Commerce , the current situation of applying, and the problem having occured further. After that,we describe the macro-economical policy of the government in the times of Electronic Commerce.
