摘要
基于创新过程,结合高新区特点,构建由4个主层次和12个次级指标构成的高新区自主创新能力评价指标体系,并运用综合评价模型对沈阳高新区自主创新能力进行综合评价。
Based on the process of innovation, combining features of high-tech zones, the paper constructed an evaluation system of autonomous innovation, which was composed by 4 modules and 12 targets. Using the comprehensive evaluation, it analyzed the ability of autonomous innovation of Shenyang high-tech zones quantitatively.
