摘要
根据安全系统工程和安全经济学原理,对安全投入的概念、构成、现状、影响因素、确定安全投入合理比例的依据及其评价方法的分析和探讨,帮助企业正确认识安全投入的规律,对企业合理配置资源进行安全决策有一定的实际指导意义。
The concept, constitution, actuality, influence factors, basis and principles of reasonable proportion on safety investment, analysis and discussion of evaluation method are studied in the paper, based on safety system engineering and safety economics theory. It is instructional for enterrpise to realize rules of safety investment and configure resources reasonable for safety decision-making.
