摘要
设计了一种经济、实用的具有人工神经网络智能功能的主从式小型集散控制系统,并将其引入电阻点焊领域,以实现电阻点焊的智能化控制。在PC机上建立具有人工神经网络功能的专家系统,根据PC机强大的数据处理功能,实现点焊工艺参数的选择。并通过上下位机之间的数据通信,对下位机进行实时监控,实现接头质量的预测与控制。
Had been designed a set of economical and practical client/server model of minitype distributed control system with the Artificial intelligence Neutral Network.It has been applied in the spot-welding field to realize the intell.igent control technology.By establishing expert system with the Artificial intelligence Neutral Network in the spot computer and according to the Personal Computer powerful function with dealing with data,it can select the appropriately technological parameters in spot welding.And by communicating between the PC and microchip controller,it can realize to real-time monitor microchip controller,so that the system can forecast and control the weld joint properties.
