摘要
应用透射电镜技术对10例老年住白内障和5例正常人晶状体,包括晶状体囊、上皮细胞的超微结构进行了观察和分析,结果显示:白内障组均看不到晶状体囊赤道部的Lamina结构,上皮细胞稀疏,胞浆内可见空泡.细胞核变形,细胞间隙扩大,以及细胞器破坏,晶状体纤维排列不整.出现层状间隙及异常成分.初步认为Lamina结构与老年性白内障的形成有密切关系,晶状体囊和上皮细胞及纤维相互影响,促使了白内障的形成。
We use TEM and SEM to study 5 normal human lense and 10 senile cataractous lenses. The fibres ofnormal lenses, array regularly and homogenously, there are synaspes between the fibres, while in senile cataractous lenses, there is irreguler array of fibres , with swollen and deformed synaspes , destroyed and degenerated particles. There is no lamina sturcture on equator of the cataractous lens capsules, the epithelial cell is swollening, the appearance of vacuole in the plasma. the nucleus are deformed and the gaps betweenthe cells are enlarged ,other cellular structure are also destroyed.
