摘要
以5个自交不亲和系为试材,研究在3种授粉方式下,枝位、时期等因素对结实指数和杂交率的影响以及亲和指数、杂交结实指数与杂交率的关系,结果表明:2.5%盐水能明显提高自交不亲和系的结实指数,但远低于杂交结实指数;枝位对结实指数和杂交率均有影响;在一定范围内,杂交率随时间递减;自交系间结实指数和杂交率均有差异,杂交率受亲本亲和指数和杂交结实指数的双重影响。
The effect of branch postion and pollination time on the seed-beating index and hybridization rate was not only studied, but also the relationship between compatible index and hybridization rate, The results showed that 2.5% salt solution could increase the compatible index of incompatible lines, but, no effect oll hybridization rate, the branch postion had a significant effect on the seed-bearing index and hybridization rate. The hybridization rate decreased with pollination time delay. The difference was observed in compatible index and hybridization rate between selfing lines.
