摘要
对24个大豆品种的产量与主要性状进行了相关与主成分分析。结果显示,产量与有效分枝、有效荚数、单株荚数、单株粒数呈正相关关系。将产量性状分成3个主因子,第一因子(pc1)主要由有效荚数、单株荚数和单株粒数3个性状决定,第二因子(pc2)主要由株高、生育日数和主茎节数3个性状决定,第三因子(pc3)主要由有效分枝和底荚高度2个性状决定。大豆产量主要决定于pc1和pc3,与pc2没有相关性。
Production and main characters of 24 soybean varieties were studied with correlation analysis and principal component analysis, and results indicated that production was positively correlated with effective branch number, effective pod number, pod number per plant and seed number per plant. Production characters was individed into 3 principal components. The first principal components (pc1) was determinated by effective pod number, pod number per plant and seed number per plant. The second principal component (pc2) was determinated by plant height, growth duration and number of nodes on main stem. The third principal component (pc3) was determinated effective branch number and pod height at bottom. Produciton of soybean was mainly determinated by pcl and pc3, and did not correlated with nc2.
