摘要
利用计算流体动力学软件AutoReaGas,定量地研究了障碍物和瓦斯浓度对管道中瓦斯爆炸超压场的影响。研究结果表明:当有障碍物存在时,爆炸峰值超压会显著增加,且峰值超压随着障碍物阻赛比的增加而增加。瓦斯浓度对峰值超压的影响与管道中是否存在障碍物有关。在无障碍物的情况下,甲烷浓度的变化对爆炸峰值超压的影响并不十分显著。在障碍物存在的情况下,甲烷浓度的变化对峰值超压具有显著影响。
In the present study, the CFD code AutoReaGas was used to provide a quantitative description of the effects of obstacles and gas concentration on explosion overpressures field. The results show that peak overpressures sharply increase with obstacles. Moreover, peak overpressures increase with the increase of blockage ratios. The effects of gas concentration on peak overpressures depend on whether there is an obstacle in tube. Without an obstacle present, the peak overpressures obtained are of similar magnitudes with different gas concentration, while for the case with obstacles, the gas concentration has a significant influence on the peak overpressures.
