摘要 目的:通过研究印迹基因H19在少弱精子症中的印迹状态,探讨H19与精子发生障碍的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应与逆转录-聚合酶链式反应,结合限制性片段长度多态性分析法(RFLP),对36例异常精液和15例正常精液标本进行H19印迹状态检测。结果:15例正常精液没有发现印迹丢失,36例异常精液检测出3例印迹丢失,印迹丢失率为8.3%。结论:H19印迹丢失与精子发生障碍有关,可能影响精子的数量。 Objective: To study the imprinting status of H19 in oligospermia and asthenospermia and to investigate the correlation between H19 and spermatogenesiss disturbance. Methods: PCR-RFLP and RT- PCR-RFLP were used to detect the imprinting status of H19 in the abnormal(36 cases) and normal(15 cases) semen. Results: There was no loss ofimprintion in the normal semen. Loss occured of imprintion in 3 cases of the abnormal semen. The rate was 8. 3%. Conclusion: The loss of imprinting of H19 is related to spermatogenesiss disturbance. It perhaps affects the quantity of semen.
