摘要
病历书写是临床医师的一项重要的基本功，通过加强实习医师对病历的书写，可以提高实习医师对神经系统疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、病情分析和临床思维能力，提高了实习效果。
Case file writing is an important basic skill for clinicians. In the process of clinical education of neurology we have found out that interns＇ abilities in diagnosis, differential diagnosis, pathogenic condition analysis and clinical thinking can be improved by strengthening case file writing, which can definitely strengthen the outcomes of practice as well.
