摘要
"省管县"财政体制是我国行政体制改革的重要内容。浙江"省管县"财政体制在不断完善和发展中逐渐形成了一套较为有效的做法与经验,对于减少行政层级,提高行政效率,促进县域经济发展和城乡、地区协调,提高财政运行效率,都产生了积极的作用和影响,并对推进我国行政层级体制改革具有重要的启示意义。
The financial system of ＂the province leading the county＂ is an important content in our administrative restructuring. The system in Zhejiang has achieved effective practice and experience in the process of its improvement and development. It results in positive effect and influence in reducing administrative hierarchies, improving administrative efficiency, promoting county economic development and harmony between the city and the countryside and local areas and improving financial efficiency and therefore, offers inspirations for the restructuring of our administrative hierarchy system.
