摘要
[目的]探究二苯胺对土壤生物活性的影响。[方法]采用室内生化培养法,试验设3个处理分别为加二苯胺0(CK)5、01、00 mg/kg。每个处理3次重复,随机排列,探讨二苯胺对土壤微生态效应的影响。[结果]结果表明:二苯胺在所设计的浓度下,对土壤呼吸作用有明显的刺激作用;对过氧化氢酶没有显著影响,对脲酶活性也有一定的抑制作用,对土壤放线菌数量没有影响;对真菌数量的影响表现为先刺激,后逐渐恢复;对细菌数量的影响则为先抑制,且随浓度增大抑制作用增强,后逐渐恢复稳定。[结论]该研究为土壤生物活性作为污染物的生态毒性指标,减少环境污染提供了科学依据。
[ Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the effects of diphenylamine on soil biological activity. [ Method ] By indoor biochemical culture method, 3 treatments of adding 0(CK), 50 and 100 mg/kg diphenylamine were set up in the test with 3 repetitions in each treatment and random arrangement. The influences of diphenylamine on the microecological effects were discussed. [Result]Diphenylamine at the designed concentrations had obvious stimulatory effects on soil respiration, it had not significant effects on catalase activity, it also had certain inhibitory effects on urease activity and it had no effect on the quantity of soil actinomycetes. Its effects on fungi quantity in'st showed stimulation and then recovered gradually. Its effects on bacteria quantity first showed inhibition and the inhibitory effects were increased with the increasing of concentration, and then it gradually recovered to be stable. [ Conclusion] This research provide scientific basis for taking soil biological activity as ecological toxicity index of pollutants and reducing the environmental pollution.
