摘要
针对交流永磁直线伺服电机,提出的无传感器控制的新方法.利用非速度信息,如:电机的电压、电流及电机本身参数,通过滑模观测器产生控制器所需的反馈信息.滑模观测器对包括量测噪声在内的扰动具有强鲁棒性.
A new sensorless control method for AC permanent magent linear servo motor is proposed. Control system utilizes a sliding mode observer for the generation of all controller feedback information by means of non-speed information, such as: voltage、 current and parameters of motor.The sliding mode observer is strong robust to disturbances including the measurement noises.Simulation and experimental results verify that the presented control method is sefficient.
