摘要
介绍一种以Microchip PIC16F877A微控制器、MCP2510独立CAN总线控制器和PCA82C250收发器为核心组成的CAN总线智能传感器的设计方法,在此基础上构建了车辆线控电子节气门系统CAN总线通信控制网络,并给出其软硬件原理和控制方法,实现了控制系统中不同节点间高效数据传输、全部节点之间的数据共享以及相互之间的协同工作。实验结果表明:智能传感器采集数据准确,数据传递效率和利用率高,系统响应速度较快,控制系统达到了预期的目标。
An approach of intelligent sensor based on CAN bus with PIC16F877A, stand-alone CAN bus controller MCP2501 and PCA82C250 is introdued. The principle of software and hardware for an electronic throttle body CAN bus controlling system which makes all intelligent nodes share data and coorperate each other with high efficiency through intelligent sensor node and CAN bus is also provided. The experiment result shows that the data collected by intelligent sensor is accurate, the efficiency of data transmission is high, the reacting time of the system is fast and the goal of controlling system is reached.
