摘要
根据航空发动机磨损监测要求,在综合考虑民用数码相机和数字摄像机各自优点的基础上,对普通光学显微镜的光路进行了改进,设计了谱片自动制作与磨粒图像自动采集的硬件系统;针对磨粒分析要求,重点研究了大磨损颗粒的图像融合方法。
For the demand of aeroengine wear monitoring, based on the respective merits of digital video recorder and common camera,the beam path of optics microscope is improved,and a system is designed which is to make ferrogram and capture image of wear particle automatically. For the demand of wear particle analysis,the method of color image fusion of the large wear particle is researched.
