摘要
运用三阶段贴现模型对在人民币升值背景下的我国上市公司的价值进行实证评估,并对这一模型及实证的结果进行分析,以期给出一个在这一阶段评估公司价值的方法。
China＇s economic development will be an extraordinary period and corporate profits will have a period of rapid growth on the background of RMB revaluation, we use three-phase model to assess China＇s listed companies and analyze the results and the model.
