摘要
将240羽1日龄固始鸡随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,饮水中分别添加0、100、200和400mg/L硼,研究了不同水平硼对1~6周龄鸡脾重量、器官指数及组织结构的影响。结果显示,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组2~6周龄鸡脾器官指数与脾重量均显著或极显著低于同一周龄对照组;试验Ⅰ组1~2周龄脾发育受到轻微抑制,3~6周龄逐渐恢复并表现明显促生长作用,试验Ⅱ组脾组织结构变化与试验Ⅰ组相似,但早期发育明显不良,后期恢复较为缓慢,试验Ⅲ组1~2周龄脾发育严重不良,动脉周围淋巴鞘缺如或菲薄,脾小结难以见到或很小,椭球小,鞘毛细血管管腔狭窄;3~6周龄脾组织结构虽逐渐恢复,但明显不及对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组发育完善。证实,100mg/L硼对鸡脾早期发育有轻微抑制作用,但可明显促进其后期发育及T、B淋巴细胞增殖分化;高剂量硼对鸡脾的发育及T、B淋巴细胞增殖分化有明显抑制甚至毒性作用。
The 240 one-day old chickens were divided randomly into 4 groups, and raised by supplementing water with 0,100,200 and 400 mg/L boron for 6 weeks, respectively. Compared with the control group, the organ index and weight of spleen from 2 to 6 week-old in Groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ decreased significantly. The structure of spleens in Group I degenerated slightly from 1 to 2 week-old, but recovered and developed well from 3 to 6 week-old. The pattern of structure changes of spleens in Group Ⅱ was similar to that in Group Ⅰ , but the degeneration of spleen from 1 to 2 week-old were obvious and the recovery of them from 3 to 6 week-old were delayed. Compared with the control and the other experimental groups, the structure of spleen in Group Ⅲ developed badly from 1 to 2 week-old, the periarterial lymphatic sheath was absent or little, the splenic nodule was baby size or undetectable, and the volumn of ellipsoid was small and the lumina of sheathed capillary was constrictives, and the structure of spleen were recovered from 3 to 6 week-old, but did not develop well. The results indicated that 100 mg/L boron could inhibit slightly the development of spleen in chickens of less than 2 week-old,it probably could promote the development of spleen and enhance the multiplication and differentiation of T and B cells in chickens older than 3 week-old,but high dose of boron could inhibit them significantly, and even exhibit toxic function.
