摘要
目的观察连花清瘟胶囊治疗呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法将临床确诊为细菌性呼吸道感染的50例患者随机分为2组。治疗组25例采用连花清瘟胶囊口服+头孢呋辛钠治疗方案,对照组25例采用头孢呋辛钠治疗方案,疗程3～5d。疗程结束后观察比较2组细菌学疗效及临床疗效,并观察药物不良反应。结果治疗后治疗组细菌清除率和有效率分别为80.0%和88.0%,对照组分别为48.0%和68.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应治疗组发生9例(36.0%),对照组发生7例(28.0%)。2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论连花清瘟胶囊治疗细菌性呼吸道感染效果显著,安全性好。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Lianhuaqingwen capsule in treatment of respiratory tract infection. Methods 50 patients who were diagnosed clinically as bacterial respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into two groups. 25 patients in treatment group were treated by taking Lianhuaqingwen capsule plus cefuroxime sodium orally; the other 25 patients in control group were treated by cefuroxime sodium only, with a treatment course of 3-5 days for both groups, then the therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment the bacteria clearance rate and effective rates in treatment group were 80.0% and 88.0%, which were 48.0% and 68.0% in control group respectively, there were significant differences between two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of reverse reaction in treatment group was 36.0 % （9 cases）, which was 28.0 % （7 cases） in control group, there was no significant difference between two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Lianhuaqingwen capsule is safe and effective in treating bacterial respiratory tract infection.
