摘要
分析了建筑施工企业生产与事故的特点,论述了建筑施工企业安全文化的内涵,明确了建筑施工企业安全文化与企业安全管理的联系,提出了"三个坚持、三个结合、建立四个体系"的建筑施工企业安全文化建设的方法,以解决建筑施工企业的安全管理问题。
Construction enterprise production and accident characteristic were analyzed, construction enterprise safety culture connotation was discussed, and the relation between construction enterprise safety culture and safety managing for corporation were make definite, to bring up a method for construction enterprise ,safety culture building three persisting, three combine, four system, to solve the safely management problem in the architectural construction enterprises.
