摘要
在过程分析的基础上,以Na2CO3作为沉淀剂,在FeSO4溶液中形成Fe(OH)2-FeCO3沉淀,通入空气氧化制备了均匀纺锤形α-FeOOH微晶。研究了碱比、通气量、温度、浓度、搅拌转速以及加料方式等对制备过程以及纺缍形铁黄形态的影响规律,并制备出粒度为0.2μm,轴比为3~4,均匀、无枝杈的纺锤形α-FeOOH粒子。实验验证了该过程为传质控制。
On the basis of process analysis, spindle α FeOOH microcrystals were prepared by oxidizing ferrous carbonate suspensions formed in the solution of ferrous sulphate using carbonate as precipitant. The effects of alkaline ratio、reaction temperature、initial concentration、air flow rate and impeller speed on the preparation process and the morphology of α FeOOH microcrystals were investigated in details. The synthesized spindle α FeOOH microcrystals had average length of 0.20μm,acicularity ratio of 3~4 and save perfect crystal habit. Oxygen tranfer was found to be the controlling step of the process.
